"Can I help you?" Addie asked rolling her eyes at the two teenaged boys messing around in the front of the shop.
The black haired one suddenly froze, and stared blankly at her.
"I'm Michael, that's Calum," the other answered. "We are here for an appointment with Adelaide."
"It's Addie," she answered sounding annoyed, "Follow me."

She's got her dream job which includes art (any job that includes art would be Addie's dream job). Addie isn't very close to her family so she moved away from them as soon as she could.
