Struggling to provide for himself and his younger brother, Seth Anderson turns to a life of crime and takes up a new identity that he calls Off Grid, an electrically charged supervillain with a penchant for robbery.
Seth has always been good at keeping himself and Off Grid separate, but soon a store hold up gone wrong, family secrets, and his nemesis, a young superhero by the name of Resonance, begin to threaten the balance between his two lives. How long will Seth be able to hold on to who he is beneath the mask? More importantly, how long can he keep his secret hidden from the younger brother who looks up to him?
