Cindy Ella Woods didn't expect anything to happen when she agreed to go to the spring masquerade ball. That is, until she drops her bracelet after dancing with a masked man who happened to be Peyton Charming.
Peyton Charming certainly didn't expect to dance with a beautiful stranger with only a bracelet to give a hint to her identity when she runs away from him.
